Looking to start dance classes at Liberty Dance Center? All of our classes for the 2014/2015 Fall Spring dance season are FULL and as of January 18th we are not accepting new students.
HOWEVER, we do run a six-week summer session from mid June to the end of July with registration for that session beginning late April / Early May 2015. The summer sessions are a great opportunity for a child that hasn’t danced to start classes or for a student considering switching dance studios, it is a great time to check out our program.
To get your family/child on the mailing list for the summer registration program you can email the studio at email@example.com providing your name, address, telephone #, email address along with child name and birthdate. In mid-April you will then receive the summer schedule and instructions on how and when to enroll.
We also invite you to call us at 262-349-9698 or visit the studio located at 404 Travis Lane #37 in Waukesha WI to tour the studio, learn about our dance program and meet the teachers. We would love for you to visit and your child will receive a small gift and determine if our studio is a good fit for the child as well as the family. The studio is open Monday-Thursday from 3:30 to 9:00 pm as well as Saturday mornings from 9:00 am till noon.

Liberty Dance Center, partnering with the Christmas Clearing Council again this year sponsored a needy family gift / toy drive for local Waukesha families.
A “BIG shout out” goes to all the great Liberty families for their incredible generosity to these families in need. Our estimate is that we raised between $1,500 to $2,000 worth of gifts and gift cards for these three families and 10 children. Miss Kate and Mr. Mike had the opportunity to distribute the gift items to the families involved and they were incredibly humbled by your generosity and told us it would make their holiday season truly special thanks to each of you.

Liberty Dance Center, LLC held its’ six annual Spring Dance Recital the weekend of May 30th at the Hamilton Fine Arts Center in Sussex.
This year’s recital theme was “SCHOOL DAYS” and featured over 400 dancers performing to sell out crowds at all three recital shows.
This year’s shows included a “Graduating Seniors“ dance featuring the six seniors moving on to college including a foreign exchange student from Belgium that attended Liberty Dance Center this past year. Also in all the shows this year was the annual Father/Daughter dance featuring 21 dads who closed each recital show with an energetic performance with their daughters. The father daughter dance again this year contributed $ 500 to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
“Miss” Kate Moody, the owner, and the entire Liberty Dance Center staff would like to thank all their students for their hard work and energy they brought to the stage and the wonderful support both parents and family provided these young dancers. A truly great time with lasting memories were provided to all.

We held our 5th Anniversary in business picnic Sunday July 28th and it was truly a success with nearly 300 people in attendance. The caterer’s food (Chef Jacks) was GREAT, the side dishes and desserts our guests brought were plentiful and delicious. Petals the Clown was a tremendous success as she merrily painted by estimates nearly 100 kids faces over the 3 plus hours she painted faces without taking a break, often times with a line of kids 10-15 in length.
We hope all the families attending had a great time and “Miss Kate”, her family and her staff want to thank everyone for attending, having family fun and most of all thank you for your unbelievable support during the studio’s first five years in business.
Thanks to everyone !

Click on link above to view a video of Liberty Dance Center owner, Kate Moody along with one of her dance instructors (Deanna Dodge) and several of her adult dance students who participated in the 2012 Affair Childrens Hospital Charity Fashion show at Potawatomi Casino to raise money for research. Their portion of the fashion show was depicting futuristic dancers as they walked down the runway for a charitable cause in front of an audience of 1,000 + people.
