Liberty Dance Center's Commitment to Community

A core principle for Liberty Dance Center is to be an active, positive contributor in the local community focusing on children, veterans and senior citizens. We focus on donating our time and talents, financial contributions and sharing these resources within the community.

We take our role as a leader in the community seriously and are always striving to provide a safe, healthy and happy environment for our dancers and their families. We are proud to be a member of More Than Just Great Dancing™, as well as recommendations from Youth Protection Association for Dance®.  In 2021, we rolled out a leadership development program for dancers ages nine and older, to help our students grow their skillsets beyond dance.

We consistently support our local schools, participate in the Waukesha Christmas parade, collect gifts for local families through the Christmas Clearing Council and support local scouting organizations. Our performing company shares their time and talents with a variety of community performance events.

In 2017, we started a dance program for children with special needs and have grown the program to close to 40 dancers. Our Darby’s Dancers program is something we are proud and grateful to offer.

We love to give back to those in need however we can and act as a role model for our students!
